  1. Service Booking Confirmation Process
  • Guests send booking requests for rooms or services via official channels.
  • The reservations staff will reconfirm details: room type, quantity, duration of stay, accompanying services, price, and payment method.
  • Both parties agree on service terms → confirmation via email/document or booking confirmation slip.
  • Bookings are only considered valid after the guest receives official confirmation from the reservations department of Garden Plaza Saigon Hotel.
