Garden Plaza Saigon Hotel offers accommodation services along with accompanying amenities (such as restaurant, spa, airport transfer, meeting facilities, etc.) through the following methods:

Direct Service at the Hotel:
Guests can visit any hotel within the Garden Plaza Saigon Hotel system to check in and use the services they have booked.

Online Service:
Guests can book rooms and make payments via the official website at: https://gardenplazahotel.vn/
Once the booking process is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the guest’s email address. Please bring this confirmation email to the hotel to use the services at the registered time.

2) Estimated Service Provision Time

The time for service provision at Garden Plaza Saigon Hotel depends on the booking method:

For direct bookings at the hotel:
Guests can check in immediately after completing the check-in procedure at the Reception Desk.

For online bookings:
A confirmation email will be sent to the guest within 5–10 minutes after the transaction is completed.
Guests may check in according to the scheduled time (standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival).

3) Geographic Scope of Service Provision

Accommodation and related amenities are only provided within the premises of Garden Plaza Saigon Hotel, located at 309B-311, Nguyen Van Troi Street, Tan Son Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Note:
Currently, Garden Plaza Saigon Hotel does not provide accommodation or amenities outside the hotel premises, except for pre-arranged airport transfer services that have been officially confirmed via email by the reservations department.
